White Palace Studios - Faliraki

Affordable stay with clean rooms and a lovely balcony, but Wi-Fi was unreliable.

Really enjoyed rather spacious and bright rooms.

everything met the criteria, i would love to stay here again. everything about this small hotel was perfect. the most important was the staff - affable and amicable people. it was in a marvellous location just next door to a night club.

The garden view from our balcony was a good morning escape.

The Wi-Fi connection could be inconsistent at times, but management was proactive in addressing it, which showed their commitment to guest satisfaction.

During our stay at the White Palace we liked the silence, the swimming pool, the satellite TV and DVD player, the fridge and the kindness of the staff. Moreover White Palace is very close to supermarkets,"rent a moto", bus stop for Rhodes and to the beach.

We didn't like the:- bathroom (too small and essential, without the shower curtain) and -the lack of rolling shutters or something like that in the bedroom so it was impossible to sleep after the sunrise.

We had a pleasant stay at White Palace with the lovely staff (Pavlos), who provided advice with any queries we had. The hotel is extremely good value for money. The hotel was in a great location (a bus ride away from the main attractions), but was off the road enabling us to get a good nights rest & provide peace and quiet during the day in order to get a tan by the hotel's pool. Recommended :)

Suggestion; Put a bell or buzzer by reception to alert staff to arriving guests as the reception is not manned at all times.

Where do I begin? The furniture was old and a bit smelly, just good. Oh, and a room upgrade woudl ve been lovely since I planned to stay for 5 days, but I guess that's too much to expect. Hot water? No thanks, enjoy ice-cold showers at night! Almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Staff was great and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable and this is already a lot considering what I paid!

Location (Faliraki) maybe was not the best ever, but still... A part from that, other minor "problems" were the water (quite often it was not hot), and the mosquitos!!

The pool area is clean and peaceful.

The furniture was old and smelled musty. I had no hot water for late-night showers, unacceptable. Cleaning was minimal. They only.

Stayed at White Palace for two nights and it was fine. Good value for money. The only thing to worry about are the mosquitos! They are bad! Take some insect repellent!

The blooming garden added a lovely touch to our experience. Our balcony was spacious, the perfect spot for morning coffee while enjoying the garden view. Particularly Ketsa.

Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, especially during the early morning hours.

Pavlos was the boss and helped and served everybody very well. It was a nice and quiet place and near to everythin in Faliraki
